All UK orders for items held in stock placed before 10.00am are dispatched on the same day, but this can vary during busy periods. All orders are shipped via UPS and can take up to 2 working days to arrive. European orders can take between 4-15 working days. There may be circumstances beyond ML Clothing's control which may lead to delays and ML Clothing cannot be held responsible for any delays incurred by UPS. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a Saturday delivery. You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped. This email will include a tracking number and goods can be tracked at UPS.com. Please Note: For delivery on a Friday, orders must be placed before 10.00am on the Thursday. Orders placed after 10.00am on a Thursday will not be delivered until the following Monday.
We hope you LOVE your purchase(s) from ML Clothing. If, however, you find the product to be unsuitable, we are more than happy to offer an exchange or a refund within 14 days of the original purchase (time limit exceptions may be made for orders outside of the United Kingdom at our discretion). Items must be returned to us as new, with all original packaging, and in a saleable condition*. Shipping charges for the return of goods are incurred by the customer. Should an exchange be required, we will incur the charge of redelivering an alternative item. Should a refund be required, the original postage charge will not be reimbursed. Please ensure a Returns Form is completed and accompanies all returned goods. This form is provided with all purchases.

For refunds, please allow 5-10 working days for the amount to appear in your bank account. This time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside of our control. Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase.
*SALEABLE CONDITION: When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume/aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. Please also ensure that the environment is free of smoke and any strong odours such as food cooking etc. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
Should you wish to return a product which you believe to be faulty, please understand that we cannot offer an instant replacement or credit upon receipt of the goods in question. Faulty products need to be thoroughly inspected by our returns department and, in rare cases, sent back to the original manufacturer. We will however, deal with any issues regarding faulty goods as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please note that we will not accept returns that have been soiled, torn or damaged due to incorrect washing. Due to technical processes used, it is imperative that each individual garments' washing instructions are followed exactly as stated on the care label.
