Belstaff was founded in 1924 by Harry Grosberg who specialised with an original product line of waterproof garments for both men and women. As a company, their initial claim to fame came with being the first company in the world to utilise a fabric in their designs that was both breathable and waterproof, the now famous ‘wax cotton’. The development of this ground breaking technology paved the way for the movement into creating protective wear for the motorcyclist; the arena from which Belstaff are now synonymous. In recent years, Belstaff has become a worldwide household name outside the relam of motorcyclists through its popularity within Hollywood. Belstaff garments have featured in a wide range of films on the backs of many A-list actors, most recently Angelina Jolie in ‘The Tourist’. It is a brand comprised of a wealth of new and old knowledge, technique, fashion and design; a powerful combination and a worthwhile investment. *Don't forget to check out our SALE section for some great bargains.*
